This notice explains what happens when you contact PiQue through this website.

What we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional business name, selected service and message. Please leave passwords, payment details and other sensitive information out of your message.

Why we collect it

PiQue uses the information to understand your requirements, respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you have requested. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

How it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a database on the website’s server. They are not published on the website. The form also keeps a temporary, hashed identifier derived from your connection address to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes.

Your choices

You can contact ask@pique.co.za to ask about your enquiry information, request a correction or request deletion. You can also email us directly instead of using the form.

Website storage

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use its pages. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect technical information about your browser and page visits. The tracking code does not include the contents of your enquiry. Learn more about how Google uses information from websites that use its services.

The enquiry form does not use a third-party form service. Fonts and graphics are served with the website.
